Return & Refund Policy

Returns accepted only for: defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Return window: Please report defects within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the issue when contacting support.

How to return:

1. Contact support@nerrdy.in with order number and photos.

2. We’ll confirm with the supplier and share return/shipment instructions.

Refunds: Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. COD orders will be refunded as bank transfer or store credit per our team’s instructions.

Note: Some small/consumable items may be ineligible for returns — we will note this on the product page where applicable.
