Q: How long will my order take?
A: Processing 1–2 business days, delivery 4–8 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, COD is available for most products. A ₹55 COD charge may apply.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if they haven’t been forwarded to our supplier. Email support@nerrdy.in immediately.

Q: What if my product is defective?
A: Share photos/videos to contact within 7 days. We’ll approve return or replacement after review.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not currently. We ship within India only.
